These Terms govern your use of Sevoria ("the App"), provided by Hasan Mert Yilmaz. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App helps you track calories and nutrition, including AI-assisted estimates from meal photos and an AI coaching assistant.

2. Not medical advice

The App is for general informational and wellness purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult a doctor or dietitian before making significant dietary changes, and especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or a history of eating disorders. Do not disregard professional advice because of anything in the App.

3. AI estimates are approximate

Calorie and macro values produced by AI (from photos or text) are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always review and adjust entries before relying on them.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You can delete your account at any time within the App.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store (or Google Play) account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by us and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
